When it comes to exhaust systems, there are many to choose from for your Yamaha YZ450F. The GYTR exhaust parts that come stock on YZ450Fs produce amazing amounts of power and work great, but if you are looking for a different exhaust system to fit your YZ450F, Big Gun, Dr. D, FMF, Leo Vince, Pro Circuit, and Yoshimura exhaust systems will give your bike an increase in horse power and spread the power band out as well.

The FMF PowerBomb System has an uber-light and strong titanium header, muffler, and midpipe. It is the one of the lightest full exhaust systems on the market. The PowerBomb boasts improved power throughout the entire RPM range.

The Pro Circuit Ti-4r Exhaust System is for closed course competition only. It is a non spark arrested system with a strong billet aluminum mounting bracket, a titanium end cap, and loads of power! Yoshimura’s RS-2 Diamond Pro Series is a diamond shaped muffler which increases the horse power. The 2 stage large race baffle allows maximum performance through the entire rpm range. The RS-2 systems come in a glossy carbon fiber or satin finished titanium muffler sleeve.

Yoshimura has three full exhaust systems that will fit your YZ450F. They are all called the RS-4, but they are each constructed from different materials. The first and most inexpensive system is the Stainless/Aluminum RS-4. It has a stainless steel header and mid-pipe, an aluminum muffler sleeve, and comes with all hardware and instructions that are needed for installation. It also has a USFS approved spark arrestor muffler insert. The Titanium/Carbon Fiber RS-4 comes with a Titanium header and mid-pipe, a Carbon Fiber muffler sleeve, installation hardware, and instructions. This system has an AMA Pro Racing sound insert. Lastly, the All-Titanium System has a Titanium header, mid-pipe, and muffler sleeve, installation instructions, and all needed hardware. The Titanium RS-4 also comes with the AMA Pro Racing sound insert.
